FIELD: mining. ^ SUBSTANCE: at threw out area supporting first the coverage is installed under the inrush, soft shells are put on the coverage and the cavities are filled with backfilling material. Inrush area is overlapped from retained area by extension of console support. The console support is covered by girders of permanent support; on the girders there arranged is a box-like covering with soft shells. Box-like covering has an opening and is equipped with locking mechanism. The soft shells are covered by flexible covering, after that the support girders together with box-like covering, soft shell and flexible covering are lifted to the point of box-like covering contact with lower contour of threw out area. Support posts are mounted and fixed at the girders of permanent support, after that the extended console support is removed into the retained area of the working and compressed air is supplied into the soft shells. Flexible covering is lifted till the point of its contact with side surface of threw out area, and hardening material is supplied to the upper part of threw out area above the flexible element. The pressure in the soft shells is gradually decreased and hardening material is constantly supplied to the threw out area. After flexible covering is lowered on the box-like covering the soft shells are removed to the working. ^ EFFECT: increase of stability and safety of threw out area supporting. ^ 8 dwg |
