PURPOSE: A slide and tilt hinge apparatus for a portable terminal is provided to automatically tilt a guide plate and a moving plate to a fixing plate by sliding the moving plate. CONSTITUTION: A moving stopper is arranged between a fixing plate(100) and a moving plate(600). If the moving plate is slid, the moving stopper is released. One side of a link plate(400) is slid along a guide plate by rotating a first elastic member(500). The guide plate and the moving plate are tilt about the fixing plate.
