Disclosed is a positioning apparatus, comprising a base portion (3) and a positioning portion (1) provided on the base portion (3); the base portion (3) comprises a rotating axle (33) horizontally arranged on the base portion (3); and the positioning portion (1) is rotatably arranged around the rotating axle (33). When used for positioning a latticed boom, the positioning apparatus can automatically adjust the inclination angle of the positioning portion according to the inclination angle of the latticed boom, thereby allowing a larger contact area between the positioning portion and the latticed boom, and thus forming a more stable positioning structure for the latticed boom.
