Provided is a floor structure that is of a railroad vehicle and that can have a reduced thickness of insulation while having a predetermined heat resistance. The floor structure of a railroad vehicle is characterized by being provided with: an underframe (1) having a pair of side beams (2) that extend in the lengthwise direction of the vehicle and a lateral beam (3) that extends in the widthwise direction of the vehicle and is disposed between the side beams (2); a structure floor (4) provided to the upper surface of the underframe (1); and a first insulating material (42a) that is below the structure floor (4) and disposed with an air layer (41a) for the structure floor (4) therebetween.
