PURPOSE: A metal bellows tube and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to simplify the manufacturing process of the metal bellows tube by separating first and second connecting portions through elastic returning force without the stretching of the bellows-tube after compression molding. CONSTITUTION: A metal bellows tube comprises a ridge portion(10), a valley portion(40), and first and second connecting portions(20, 30). The ridge portion is arranged along the outer circumference of the bellows tube in a specific direction. The valley portion is arranged along one direction and is arranged at a location near the ridge portion to the central axis. The first and second connecting portions respectively connect the end part of the valley portion and the end part of the ridge portion. The distance of first and second connecting portions increases as getting closer to a center axis. Each valley comprises a first curved portion(11) and a pair of first flat portions(12). The first flat portions are connected to both end parts of the first curved portion. Each valley portion comprises a second curved portion(41) and a pair of second flat portions(42). The second curved portion bends to the opposite direction of the first curved portion. The second flat portions are connected to both end parts of the second curved portion.
