The device (1) has a distribution rod (7) with an oral hygiene unit e.g. brush, at one end (7a), and a reservoir (5) is provided at another end (7b). The reservoir is provided with a deformable wall and housed in a casing (3). An orifice is provided for passage of air between the casing and the reservoir. The oral hygiene unit includes a channel (9) for distribution of an odontological product e.g. toothpaste. A rigid body (4) encloses the casing.
