<p>A spine fixation installation system comprises a spine fixation system (10) including a rod (12), a plurality of pedicle screws or other fasteners (14) and a plurality of connectors (18). The spine fixation installation system further comprises a rod bending device (40) for bending the rod (12). To this end the rod (12) is provided with a plurality of longitudinal marks (30). A computer (22) of the spine fixation installation system is programmed to compute a desired shape of the rod (12).</p> |
