PURPOSE: A harden prevention device for urethane application system is provided to prevent a nozzle gun from hardening by sealing the nozzle gun terminating a discharge of urethane and secluding it with external air, and to prevent waste due to the urethane discard. CONSTITUTION: The harden prevention device for urethane application system is composed of an urethane coating unit; and an anti-hardening unit(110). The urethane coating unit includes a nozzle holder and a nozzle gun. The nozzle gun includes a supply hole, and a Nozzle tip. The nozzle holder is installed at the end of the frame set in the vehicle assembly line. The nozzle gun is installed at the bottom of the nozzle holder to spread urethane in the window. The Nozzle tip is projected to the downward of the nozzle gun with a discharge hole upon the end. When the urethane coating device is not operated, the harden prevention device prevents discharging urethane through the nozzle gun from hardening.
