<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nozzle inspection apparatus that can shorten a time for inspecting nozzles according to a printing mode related to a printing job to be printed so as to shorten a time until images are printed, and to provide a nozzle inspection method and inspection program. <P>SOLUTION: The nozzle inspection apparatus acquires information on a printing mode associated with a printing job from a plurality of stored inspection modes, selects the inspection mode based on the acquired information and performs the nozzle inspection. Accordingly, the time for inspecting the nozzles can be shortened in accordance with the printing modes without unnecessarily lengthening the time without inspecting the nozzles including the uniformly same processing regardless of the printing modes. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
