<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain proper elastic feeling according to respective purposes even when using elasticity of a floor cushion for ordinary sitting or when using for stretching or assistance for muscle building. <P>SOLUTION: The base material 1 of the floor cushion is formed on a seat surface 2 with an upper surface facing forward and inclining downwardly and forms a recessed portion 3 at a position to which an ischial bone of a human on the rear part of the seat surface 2 corresponds.
