PURPOSE: A real time data billing system about WCDMA-WIBRO DBDM service and a method thereof are provided to interwork with WCDMA net and WiBro net through integrated pre-paid account in the intelligence network system thereby processing the charging. CONSTITUTION: A case a DBDM(Dual Band Dual Mode) terminal connects through the WiBro net, AAA(Authentication, Authorization and Accounting) server(126) of a network system(120) in the WiBro net processes the authentication of the DBDM terminal. An Aggregation Server(121) integrates session information of the AAA server and CDR (Charging Data Record) of PSG (Peripheral and Supplies Group) system(127). The A-server processes the charge till the end of the session about pre-paid subscriber through the interworking with an intelligent network system(110) in real time.
