CONSTITUTION: A producing method of rice cake having the chewy texture comprises the following steps: cooking and steaming rice soaked in water using steam supplied from a stem supplying unit into a steamer(S1); firstly kneading the rice cake using a first kneader(S2); secondly kneading the rice cake using a secondary kneader(S3); and molding the rice cake into rod shaped rice cake or rice cake for a stir-fired rice cake dish(S4).
