<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently connect connectors of respective devices for respective terminals using conductive rubber. <P>SOLUTION: A connector structure 1, 61 for connecting devices comprises one connector 4, 59 provided to a case 2, 57 of one device, and the other connector 8, 68 provided to a case 6, 66 of the other device. One connector 4, 59 comprises an insulative housing 11, 64 having a plurality of housing recesses 27, 77 in parallel to each other, each terminal 5, 65 having each contact plate part 13, 82 housed in each housing recess, and each conductive rubber 10 housed in each housing recess in contact with each contact plate part.
