<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a purification method by which a lower content of a dialkyl carbonate than by a known method is obtained in the purified dialkyl carbonate. <P>SOLUTION: The contents of by-products, especially, an alkoxy alcohol and an aliphatic carbonate ether in the purified dialkyl carbonate, can be reduced by a proper selection of a temperature range in a bottom portion of a dialkyl carbonate purification tower. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
