<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain stable output voltage by reducing noise overlapping with input voltage, in a voltage conversion module made by aligning an input side capacitor, an output side capacitor, and an inductor on a multilayer wiring board including a voltage converting IC. <P>SOLUTION: A voltage conversion module has a plurality of wiring patterns which are separated from each other and successively laminated, insulation members positioned between the plurality of the wiring patterns, and interlayer connecting bodies for electrically connecting the plurality of the wiring patterns. On the multilayer wiring board 10 including a voltage converting IC 15, a first capacitor 16, a second capacitor 17, and an inductor 18 are mounted. Between an input portion of the first capacitor and the inductor, the other electrode portion in the first capacitor or one electrode portion in the second capacitor is positioned, and the other electrode portion or one electrode portion is electrically set on the ground. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
