<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for easily preparing a labeled nucleotide having high purity more inexpensively and in a shorter time period than those by using an HPLC. <P>SOLUTION: This method for purifying the labeled nucleotide comprises a process of subjecting a mixture of a nucleotide analog (L-N) having a labeling group, a nucleotide analog not having the labeling group and/or a nucleotide (N) to an nucleic acid synthesis system for purification, containing a nucleic acid template for the purification, containing the complemental bases of the nucleotide analog not containing the labeling group and/or nucleotide (N), a primer and a nucleic acid polymerase. In the nucleic acid synthesis system for purification, the purity of the nucleotide analog (L-N) having the labeling group in the mixture is improved by the fact that the nucleotide analog not having the labeling group and/or the nucleotide (N) are incorporated into the nucleic acid polymerase preferentially to the nucleotide analog (L-N) having the labeling group and converted to an elongated chain. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
