PURPOSE: An assembly-type offshore floating apparatus is provided to effectively and safely move or work in night time by installing a solar lamp in the upper part of a hand post of a handrail. CONSTITUTION: An assembly-type offshore floating apparatus(A) comprises a floating body(100), a bottom frame(200), handrails(300), impact preventing units(400). The floating body comprises pontoons and step connecting units. The step connecting units at the front and back center parts and the upper ends of each corner of adjacent pontoons are connected to connect pontoons. The bottom frame comprises a H-shaped steel(21), C-shaped steels(22), square pipes(23,23'), and deck wood plates(25). The square pipes are vertically overlapped across each other in a width direction and a longitudinal direction of the floating body between the H-shaped steel and the C-shaped steels. The deck wood plates are fixed on the top of the H-shaped steel, the C-shaped steels, and the square pipes. Each handrail comprises a hand post, upper and lower horizontal guides, and a vertical guide. The upper and lower horizontal guides are horizontally connected to the upper and lower parts of the hand post. The vertical guide is vertically connected between the upper and lower horizontal guides and is assembled by joints. An impact preventing member(45) of the impact preventing units is coupled to the outer surface of an inverse L-shaped angle to absorb impact of collision.
