PURPOSE: A transportation apparatus for increasing the speed of forward and backward sliding is provided to minimize required components by forming a sliding member in a plate shape. CONSTITUTION: A transportation apparatus for increasing the speed of forward and backward sliding comprises a base plate(13), first and second sliding members(15,17), a slider, and a speed increasing device. The first sliding member is slid on the base plate. The second sliding member is slid in the same direction as the first sliding member and is slid faster than the first sliding member. A clamping device(50) is installed in the front end of the second sliding member. The slider slides the first and second sliding members. The speed increasing device allows the second sliding member to be slid faster than the first sliding member.
