<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify selection of a device performing each process in the case of constructing a workflow in which a plurality of processes are combined. <P>SOLUTION: An image processing apparatus processing an image input in accordance with a workflow in which a plurality of processes are combined, includes: a service information table 336 that stores service information associated with a kind of services, a device performable each service, and function information at the time of performing the services with the devices; a user interface unit 331 that obtains information for designating the workflow and information for designating an execution condition of the workflow; a service management unit 334 that selects a device for performing each service on the basis of the execution condition and the service information; and a service control unit 337 that makes the selected device implement each service, and the service managing unit 334 updates the service information at a predetermined timing. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
