The present invention aims to provide a valve for a cooling/heating device for accurately controlling the opening of the valve area by equally distributing weight among parts that comprise a valve driving portion, in the process of transferring the driving force of a motor to the valve, so as to reduce frictional resistance at the contact areas and thereby allowing smooth operation of the valve driving portion even when the load on the valve area increases. To this end, the valve for the cooling/heating device of the present invention comprises: a valve body, which moves vertically for controlling the opening of a flow channel; a valve portion including a shaft which is shaft-coupled to the valve body; and the valve driving portion for drive-controlling the vertical movement of the valve body, wherein the valve driving portion further comprises a motor, an eccentric shaft which is coupled to the rotating shaft of the motor and is integrally actuated with the rotating shaft, a link which is coupled to the eccentric shaft and moves relatively to the eccentric shaft, a vertical moving portion, which is coupled to the link and moves relatively to the link, and moves vertically by being interlocked with the shaft, and a housing, which comes into close contact with both side surfaces of and moves relatively to the vertical moving portion, for fixing the motor.
