<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide medicament preparations for transdermal application used in the treatment of Parkinson's disease. <P>SOLUTION: The preparations contain a combination of at least two active ingredients, selected from the following groups of active ingredients: dopamine agonists and L-dopa, monoamino xidase inhibitors, anticholinergics, NMDA receptor antagonists and sympathomimetics, whereby at least two of the active ingredients belong to different active ingredient groups.
