<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extrusion molding machine which is reduced in pressure loss when filling of apparatuses such as a fixed bed type reactor or the like or various containers and can mold a molded object having high strength not collapsed when cutting in a manufacturing process or filling of various containers or the like with high dimensional precision, and a method for manufacturing the molded object using the same. <P>SOLUTION: The extrusion molding machine is constituted to mold the molded object 10 equipped with a plurality of columnar parts 12 and the bridge parts 11 for mutually joining adjacent columnar parts 12, 12 and having the through-hole 13 surrounded by a plurality of the columnar parts in the longitudinal direction of the columnar parts and also having the opening 14, which is formed by the intervals between a plurality of the columnar parts, provided to the peripheral surface thereof and equipped with a first die having a plurality of grooves provided to the outer peripheral surface thereof, a second ring-shaped or cylindrical die in which the first die is fitted and which has a plurality of grooves provided to the inner peripheral surface thereof and a die having an extrusion hole for continuously extruding the molded object formed thereto by the grooves of the first and second dies. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
