<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain performance of a metal-air secondary battery by providing a structure in which countermeasures against leakage and evaporation of an electrolytic solution are taken. <P>SOLUTION: A metal-air secondary battery 1 comprises: a negative electrode 11 which occludes/discharges metal ions; a positive electrode 13 which uses oxygen as an active material; a separator 12 which is arranged between the negative electrode 11 and the positive electrode 13, and is impregnated with an electrolytic solution 19; a reservoir 15 which is arranged to be in contact with the separator 12, and is impregnated with the electrolytic solution 19 for storage; and seal members 33 which prevents the leakage of electrolytic solution stored in the reservoir 15. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
