PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing device that has significantly improved scroll operability and improved visibility of a screen.

SOLUTION: An image processing device 100 of the present invention includes: a position information acquisition part 111 that acquires position information according to a user's operation; a pointer position setting part 113 that sets a position of a pointer 300 that moves according to a user's operation based on the position information; an area setting part 114 that sets a predetermined area around the pointer; and an image processing part 130 that carries out scroll processing of a screen based on a relative position of the pointer 300 to the area.
