TRANSMISSION POWER RANGE SETTING IN CHANNEL ALLOCATION FOR INTERFERENCE BALANCING IN CELLULAR WIRELESS COMMUNICATION SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To balance distribution of interference among wireless cells in a wireless communication system.

SOLUTION: A base station device providing a wireless cell comprises: allocation means for allocating a plurality of frequency blocks to each frequency block set of the plurality of frequency block sets, where the wireless cell includes the frequency block set composed of the plurality of frequency blocks and each frequency block of the plurality of frequency blocks includes a plurality of sub-carriers; and power control means for amplifying transmission power based on a power pattern differing that of the base station device of another wireless cell among the plurality of power patterns where a transmission power amplification value differing from that of other frequency block sets is set to at least one frequency block set contained in the wireless cell.
