<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition and a molded body containing lignin originated from plants as a main raw material, and imparted with flame retardancy. <P>SOLUTION: The resin composition contains an organic solvent-soluble lignin, a curing agent, and a curing accelerator. The resin composition further contains a flame retardant aid.
