<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce noise accompanying discharge of a high speed airflow from a blower tube by complicating a frequency band of the noise accompanying discharge of the high speed airflow from the blower tube. <P>SOLUTION: In each of a tapered tip end part (42a) of a tube body (42) and a tapered tip end part (44a) of an attachment (44), first and second protrusions (46) and (48) protruding in a radial-inward direction toward an axis line of a blower tube 4 and having a triangular shape viewed from the front, are formed in three portions of the tip end parts, respectively.
