<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container conveyance apparatus 1 arranged in a chamber 14 cut off from the outside, in which model switching so as to be used in common for containers 4A and 4B of different diameters is performed without destroying a sterile environment in the chamber 14. <P>SOLUTION: A rotary wheel 80 is disposed in a sterile chamber 14, and on the outside of the rotary wheel 80, a first guide (fixing guide) 84, a second guide (elevation guide) 86, and an elevation means 94 are arranged, wherein the first guide is for guiding the body 4a of a large-diameter first container 4A, the second guide is for guiding the body 4a of a second container 4B smaller in diameter than the first container 4A, and the elevation means is for elevating the second guide 86 and includes a cylinder 94 which penetrates a bottom surface 16 of the chamber 14 and is disposed outside. When the container 4A is conveyed, the second guide 86 is retracted.
