<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a railroad vehicle that easily enhances safety at collision even in an existing vehicle without degrading the visibility in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle and the designability in the vehicle. <P>SOLUTION: To reduce a reaction force to be received by a passenger sitting on the long seat 10 from a wing partition when an end portion of a long seat of a vehicle receives an impact which is transmitted from a central portion of the long seat to the end portion and exceeds a predetermined acceleration, a wing partition unit and a mount base 10b for the long seat are slidably composed of bolt and nut with a flange, and between the wing partition unit and the mount base, a buckling member is disposed which buckles when the impact absorption wing partition is subjected to an impact exceeding a predetermined acceleration.
