<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a location detection system capable of appropriately detecting movement of a person passing a place comparatively being away from an antenna without interference with daily traffic in a facility in which many specific people come and go. <P>SOLUTION: A location detection system X includes: an IC tag 5 that is attached to a detection object person H so as not to be removed for a predetermined period; gates 4 that have a pair of a right side antenna 41 and a left side antenna 42 installed on, for example, right and left walls of a passage way in a facility; and a server 7 that is capable of performing communication between respective antennas 41 and 42. The system further includes control means 43 for performing control at each gate 4 so that at least a first communication state, in which the right side antenna 41 is in an electric wave transmission state and the left side antenna 42 is in an electric wave reception state, and a second communication state, in which the left side antenna 42 is in an electric wave transmission state and the right side antenna 41 is in an electric wave reception state, coexist in a proper order. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
