<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skill acquisition apparatus in which a function similar to a skill that is one of human characteristics in order to solve the problems that a conventional Neumann computer is not good at processing that requires a high-grade device and it is necessary to manually rewrite a program from the outside or to add a new function through new design in order to deal with the high-grade device but each time a new function is added, more development costs may be required. <P>SOLUTION: In order to implement a skill acquisition function, a comfort/discomfort index value is added to all data to be processed and made into digital data, a greater (higher, higher-order) comfort index value is added again to learning data which meet a processing request, and preserved (stored).
