<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a headrest device for a vehicle which can excellently protect a head part and a neck part. <P>SOLUTION: This headrest device for the vehicle includes a headrest supported by an upper end part of a seat back and having its front part (headrest front part) movable in the longitudinal direction on the front side, a motor M for moving the headrest front part, and an ECU 15 for controlling the motor M.
