<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous ink, by which an image formed on a recording medium by the ink has adhesiveness and flex resistance. <P>SOLUTION: The aqueous ink contains resin particles, wherein the resin particles have: a plurality of segments A; and a unit B. The plurality of segments A contain a unit derived from a compound (I) that is (meth)acrylic acid ester having at least one functional group X selected from an isocyanate group, an epoxy group and an aldehyde group. The unit B is derived from a compound (II) having two or more functional groups Y selected from a hydroxyl group and an amino group, wherein the carbon numbers at linear portions in a carbon chain that bonds carbons, to which any two functional groups Y selected from two or more functional groups Y are bonded, are 4-16 each.
