<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively use a vehicle-mounted camera. <P>SOLUTION: In a normal photographing mode, a user can photograph an image aiming a camera 24 in an optional photographing direction of inside and outside the vehicle by operating a steering switch 17 or a haptic device 18.
