<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foreign matter removing sieve net surface inspection mechanism in a disk type vibration sieve simplifying and facilitating work of removing the foreign matter and coarse products by processing powder such as wheat flour, buckwheat flour, starch flour or the like by the disk type vibration sieve and having a function of directly inspecting the sieve net surface every optional time. <P>SOLUTION: In the sieve net surface 7 inspection mechanism, a lid body 8 disposed in an upper opening in a sieve frame 6 is covered and fixed to an upper part of the sieve frame 6 via a flexible chute 9, the lid body 8 is suspension-fixed by supports 20a, 20b, ..., vibrationlessly erected on the fixing stand 2 to which no vibration of the vibration motor 15 is transmitted, or beam materials 21 mounted between the supports 20a, 20b, ..., and an inspection lid 10 which is optionally opened/closed even during operation of the vibration sieve to attain direct inspection of the surface of a sieve net 7 stretched within the sieve frame 6 is disposed on the suspension-fixed lid body 8. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
