PURPOSE: A solar battery is provided to reduce the contact resistance between a frontal electrode part and an emitter part, thereby increasing the efficiency of the solar battery. CONSTITUTION: A substrate(100) has a first conductive type. An emitter part(120) has a second conductive type opposite to the first conductive type. The emitter part forms a p-n junction with the substrate. A first electrode(141) is electrically connected to the emitter part. A second electrode(151) is electrically connected to the substrate. |
