PURPOSE: A display device driving method is provided to apply pixel voltage with a high pressure resistant property without damage of a switching device. CONSTITUTION: A display device is operated using pixel voltage(Vp). The pixel voltage corresponds to the difference between common voltage(Vcom) and data voltage(Vd). The pixel voltage is charged using the common voltage and the data voltage. The common voltage and the data voltage have opposite polarity. The pixel voltage is discharged in a section in which the polarity of the common voltage is reversed.
