PURPOSE: A computing system and a hibernating method thereof are provided to increase the reliability of data in a flash memory without programming memory cells in a flash memory. CONSTITUTION: A computing system generates backup data and write addresses based on operating data(S140). Conversion addresses are generated in HDD when the write addresses are matched with a flash memory(S160). The backup data is stored in the HDD according to the conversion addresses(S180). The backup data is stored according to the conversion addresses.
