The method involves performing a casting process for fixation and heat conduction. A housing (3) of a nozzle device (1) is divided into two chambers (5, 6) while the process is divided into two sub-casting processes. The sub-casting processes are assigned to the respective chambers for casting the chambers by thermally conductive casting material and casting material having insulating- and sealing properties, where one of the chambers retains a heating element (4). A curing process is performed after performing one of the sub-casting process and before performing the other sub-casting process. The heating element is formed as a positive temperature coefficient resistor or as an ohmic resistor. An independent claim is also included for a nozzle device comprising a nozzle body, a housing and a heating element.
