The wing (16) has adjustable fins (24,25) that are arranged at the end portions (17) of the wing, to prevent ejection of the fiber mass over the ends of the wing. A spring is arranged at guidance portion (22) and a slider suspension is arranged at discharge section (23). The upper and bottom surfaces (20,21) are connected with the guidance edge (18) and exit edge (19) of the wing. Independent claims are included for the following: (1) fiber mass sorter; and (2) method for screening fiber mass.
