GUARD DEVICE AGAINST GREASE LEAKAGE FOR ELEVATOR TRACTION MACHINE

PURPOSE: An apparatus for preventing leakage of grease oil of an elevator winding machine is provided to prevent brake degradation and system malfunction due to oil leakage by blocking liquid bearing grease flowing out from a gearless synchronous winding machine for an elevator with a blocking felt. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for preventing leakage of grease oil of an elevator winding machine comprises a felt cap, an oil seal, and a ring-shaped felt. The felt cap closes the front of a bearing(11) and allows a rotor shaft(14) to be penetrated. The oil seal is mounted on the inner surface of the felt cap facing to the bearing and is contacted with the outer circumference surface of the rotor shaft. The felt is mounted on the outer surface of the felt cap and is contacted with the outer circumference surface of the rotor shaft. The felt cap comprises a groove, a discharge hole, and a discharge pipe. Grease is stagnated in the groove. The discharge hole is extended from the groove to the outer circumference surface of the felt cap so that flow of the grease is guided. The discharge pipe enables the grease to discharge to the outside.
