PURPOSE: A device and a method for displaying welding voltage in a welding system are provided to reduce welding failures by displaying a welding voltage value received from a welding power supply. CONSTITUTION: A device for displaying welding voltage in a welding system comprises a welding power supply(10) and an automatic welding carriage(30). The welding power supply comprises a communication unit(11), a welding power control unit(13), and a display unit(15). The welding carriage comprises a communication unit(21) for communication with the welding power supply and a wire feeder, a welding voltage setting unit(33) for inputting voltage for a welding torch from a welder, a control unit(35) for converting the welding voltage set by the welder into the percentage value and transmitting the percentage value to the welding power supply, and a display unit(37).
