PURPOSE: A thermochromic non-polyvinyl chloride resin composition is provided to prevent resin decomposition by light and heat during processing and not to detect a heavy metal-based compound such as cadmium since the metal-based compound is not used as a thermal stabilizer. CONSTITUTION: A thermochromic non-polyvinyl chloride resin composition comprises 100-150 parts by weight of styrene-ethylene-butylene-styrene resin, 30-100 parts by weight of thermoplastic polyurethane resin, 20-50 parts by weight of olefin resin, 50-150 parts by weight of processing oil, 1.0-3.0 parts by weight of antioxidants and 10.5-63.0 parts by weight of pigment mixture.
