PURPOSE: A light emitting device is provided to improve electrical and thermal reliability and price competitiveness by having a relatively simplified structure. CONSTITUTION: A light source unit(100) includes a light source main body, a radiation via, and an electrode terminal. The radiation via is formed to pass through the light source main body. The light source main body is made of a ceramic material. A substrate unit(200) includes a substrate main body, a radiation via, and an electrode pattern. The radiation via is formed to pass through the substrate main body. The substrate main body is made of a flexible material.
