A steering hanger beam structure 1 includes a steering hanger beam 10 extending in a vehicle width direction, a column holder 20 which supports a steering column 2, and a stiffener 30 formed of a press plate. The stiffener 30 includes a stiffener main body extending front downward from the front outer circumferential surface of the second pipe member 12, a vehicle-body-member-side connecting end portion 31c which is connected to the driver-side holder member 5, a column-holder-side connecting end portion 31b which is connected to the column holder 20; and a beam connecting end portion 31d which is connected to the outer circumferential surface of the steering hanger beam 10.
