摘要 PURPOSE: A transgenic plant prepared by a recombinant vector for enhancing resistance to paraquat, salt, and drought is provided to cultivate and harvest crops regardless of climate change/disaster. CONSTITUTION: A recombinant vector for enhancing resistance to stress in a plant contains a gene encoding Oriza sativa-derived OsPUB15 having an amino acid sequence of sequence number 2. The stress includes paraquat, salt, or drought. Cells are transformed by the recombinant vector. The cells are Agrobacterium tumefaciens LB4404. A transgenic plant is transformed by the recombinant vector. The plant is monocot plant, Oryza sativa L. A method for enhancing stress resistance in a plant comprises a step of overexpressing the gene in the plant.
