FLUIDIZED BED DRYING APPARATUS

PURPOSE: A fluidized bed drying apparatus is provided to improve the drying efficiency by flowing backward particles dried more with particles dried less because gas of different flow velocity is supplied. CONSTITUTION: A fluidized bed drying apparatus comprises a particle pouring unit(100), a dryer unit(200), a hot air supplying unit(300), a dust collection unit(400), a filter unit(500), a heat exchanging unit(600), and a pressing unit(700). Wet particles are inserted into the particle pouring unit. The inner space of the dryer unit is partitioned by a perforated plate(202) into upper and lower parts(206,208). The hot air supplying unit supplies gas to the dryer unit. The dust collection unit separates power of gas particles discharged from the dryer unit. The filter unit filters fine dust discharged from the dust collection unit. The heat exchanging unit supplies external gas to the hot air supplying unit. The pressing unit presses the power and particles discharged through the dryer unit, the dust collection unit, and the filter unit into a pellet form.
