PURPOSE: A jewel ornamental panel for applying a product for construction to all products required is provided to insert the jewel in the behind for a decoration subsidiary material without shaking the jewel. CONSTITUTION: A jewel ornamental panel fixes a jewel(120) to a subsidiary material(110) which needs decoration. One or more groove unit is formed so that jewel be inserted on the back side of the subsidiary material. In the front in-plane of the subsidiary material, the transparency process is so that the groove portion be reflected. In the behind of the subsidiary material, in order to hold up jewel the elasticity board(130) in which the protrusion inserted to the groove portion is formed is to attached. A concave unit is formed on the upper side of protrusion.
