The detachable connection assembly has connecting structures (10,20) and a support structure (30) that are connected together. The connecting structure (10) has a notch (11) for receiving connection structure (20) and connecting structure (20) has notch (21) for receiving the connecting structure (10). A support structure (30) has a notch (37) for receiving connecting structure (10) and a notch (36) for receiving connecting structure (20). The notches are formed such that two connecting structures held on support structure are transverse to each other. An independent claim is included for furniture assembly.
