PURPOSE: A method for synthesizing metal tellurium using alkylsilyltellurium compound and alkylamidometal compound is provided to form the compound of metals and tellurium based on raw materials which are liquid at the room temperature. CONSTITUTION: A method for synthesizing metal tellurium includes a process for stirring alkylsilyltellurium compound and alkylamidometal compound. The alkylsilyltellurium compound is represented by chemical formula 1. In chemical formula 1, R1 to R3 are respectively C1 to C4 alkyl groups. The alkylamidometal compound is represented by chemical formula 2. In chemical formula 2, R2 and R5 are respectively C1 to C4 alkyl groups; n is the integer of 2 to 5; and M is a metal selected from Ti, Ga, Ge, Zr, In, Sn, Sb, Hf, or Bi. The alkylsilyltellurium compound is capable of being (Me_3Si)_2Te, (Et_3Si)_2Te, or (Me_2t-Bu)_2Te. |
